OSIH is a product studio first. Most of our energy goes into the things we own and ship under our own name. We do not actively look for clients, and we do not take on new projects as a rule.
If a project is genuinely interesting and aligned with how we think, we will consider it. The bar is high on purpose: we are drawn to real problems with real impact — the kind that compound, that leave behind something that keeps producing value after we step away. We have no patience for low-hanging fruit. We want the harder problem. See how we build and the work we have shipped for the shape of what fits.
We do not take a cent before the work is delivered. The terms are simple: if payment is not made on delivery, the project is not turned over. No retainers, no progress invoices, no sunk-cost games on either side.
